Insurance and licensing
All of our inflatable units are fuly insured.
Setup and Delivery
We can setup on most surfaces except rock and gravel. Free delivery to most locations within Hunt County and surrounding towns within a 20 mi radius of Hunt County. We are unable to setup in the rain and winds exceeding 15mph due to saftey concerns.
Our weekend schedule normally consists of deliveries between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Pickup happening between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We plan our Routes based on proximity to our location and party times.
Incement Weather/ Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to setup for each and every rental reservation; however the safety of your children is our top priority. Jarvis Jumps reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to incelement weather defined as: 15-20+ mph sustained winds, 50% or higher chance of rain, and/or temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. if this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event. We can not setup in high winds or if it is actively raining due to increase chance of injury or electrocution.
If something comes up and you need to cancel we understand. Please be considerate and let us know as soon as possible so we an make your inflatable available for another event.
Deposit and Payment
We do not require a deposit for reservation. We just ask that you please be considerate and wait to reserve until you are sure that you want to have an item reserved.
We collect payment at delivery, someone must be there to pay at time of delivery or make prior arrangements for payment before arrival if you can not be there at the time of delivery.
